Who We Are

7TI empowers lives digitally, connecting top talent with global leaders and offering elite training in a thriving community, so you can build a future-proof remote career with growth and freedom.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to own the day-to-day management of our subscription client portfolio. This is a full-time remote position. You love building relationships, managing creative projects, and improving systems. You have excellent people skills, integrity, and attention to detail, as well as a proactive mindset. You want to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. This would be a night shift (10:30 PM - 6:30 AM PH Time) because our clients are in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day management of multiple client projects from kickoff through final delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding timelines, revisions, and project updates.
  • Translate client meetings into actionable tasks within Notion and ensure all work is assigned appropriately.
  • Coordinate designers, animators, contractors, and other creative team members in multiple time zones to keep projects moving.
  • Monitor project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and proactively solve scheduling issues before they impact delivery.
  • Review creative work for quality, brand consistency, typos, and production errors before it reaches the Creative Director or client.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's brand, marketing goals, and content roadmap.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with each client's overall quarterly strategy rather than treating each deliverable independently.
  • Continuously improve internal workflows, document SOPs, and identify opportunities to make the company more efficient.
  • Help build a scalable operating system that allows the company to grow without increasing operational complexity.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in creative project management, creative production, or agency operations.
  • Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience coordinating creative teams, including designers, editors, and contractors.
  • Ability to manage client communication professionally and confidently.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify production errors and inconsistencies.
  • Design literacy and creative judgment (graphic design, motion design, UI/UX, or video production experience is highly preferred).
  • Comfortable documenting workflows and improving operational systems.
  • Highly proactive with strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.
  • Proficiency in Notion, Slack, Google Workspace; familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Frame.io is a plus.

How We Will Help You Succeed

We understand that transitioning into a new role takes time, and we are committed to setting you up for success with the following support:

  • Structured Onboarding: You'll receive comprehensive onboarding, including Loom video tutorials, workflow guides, and hands-on training to familiarize you with our tools and processes.
  • Clear Expectations: We’ll provide a detailed roadmap of your responsibilities and goals for the first 3, 6, and 12 months.
  • Ongoing Support: Regular check-ins with leadership to provide feedback, answer questions, and help you overcome challenges.
  • Growth Opportunities: We believe in internal growth and provide opportunities for career advancement into roles like Operations Lead or Chief Operating Officer (COO).
  • Collaborative Culture: You’ll be part of a team that values open communication, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Work-Life Balance: Despite being a remote position, we emphasize maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life.
