Who We're Looking For

A Full-Stack Web Developer who treats AI as their primary coding partner, not a side tool. We build high-quality websites for US-based clients in a fast-paced, AI-accelerated production environment. You direct and steer AI coding agents to write, refactor, and test the bulk of the code, then rigorously review, correct, and validate the output before it ships. You understand the code the AI produces deeply enough to catch bugs, fix edge cases, and make architectural decisions the AI can't. You love the craft, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive on shipping high-quality work at speed.


This is a full-time remote position, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, on a night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time) because our clients are in the US. We value people skills, integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.


Responsibilities

  • Drive AI-augmented development: Use AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, Codex) to scaffold, write, refactor, and test front-end and back-end code — then review, correct, and validate all AI output before implementation. (Core competency — this is the primary way we build.)
  • Build client websites from approved project briefs and designer-produced designs (including AI-generated ones) using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and relevant backend tools.
  • Configure forms, APIs, CRMs, analytics, and other third-party integrations.
  • Test website functionality thoroughly before handoff to the launch team.
  • Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and security.
  • Create and maintain reusable website parts, templates, AI prompts, and agent workflows, plus QA checklists.
  • Set up on-page SEO basics (titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, alt text, fast-loading pages).
  • Collaborate with the support team on technical tickets only when extra help is needed.
  • Provide clear handoff notes and keep project managers updated on progress.


Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional web development experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency with AI coding tools and agents — Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or similar (required, not a bonus).
  • Ability to read, understand, and debug AI-generated code — verify correctness, catch subtle errors, refactor AI output confidently; know when to trust the AI and when to override it.
  • Ability to write effective AI prompts and steer agents — turn a brief into a working scaffold and iterate toward the right result.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Web Dev, IT, Software Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Experience with front-end and back-end development, including APIs, forms, CRMs, analytics, and third-party tools.
  • Solid understanding of Git, hosting, deployment, and website QA processes.
  • Strong responsive design, accessibility, performance, and troubleshooting skills.
  • WordPress (Gutenberg, Kadence, PHP, custom themes/plugins, WooCommerce, MySQL) — strong bonus, not required.
  • Ability to test and QA your own work thoroughly before passing it on.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
