Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Video Editor who cares about real estate content and takes pride in the quality of every video they produce.
The selected contractor will provide video-editing services during an agreed availability window aligned with the Maegler Bureauet team in Denmark. The anticipated coordination window is 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Central European Time, Monday through Friday.
Editing is more than a technical task for you—you care about how a story is told, how a video flows, and the small details that make a good video great. You communicate clearly, work with integrity, pay close attention to detail, and take initiative.
You will be trusted to determine the manner, method, sequence, and workflow used to deliver the agreed services while meeting agreed outcomes, deadlines, communication expectations, and client-coordination needs.
Responsibilities
- Edit property walkthrough videos, teasers, social-media versions, and company content.
- Review raw footage independently and build strong edits from start to finish.
- Keep project details, deadlines, and file uploads updated in Notion and Frame.io.
- Respond to client revision comments in Frame.io promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Arthur and the team to ensure edits match each client’s expected look and feel.
- Join agreed morning coordination check-ins during the first weeks of the assignment.
- Edit company showreels and internal content as needed.
- Keep work organized and communicate clearly across projects and deadlines.
Skills and Requirements
- Previous real estate video-editing experience is required, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and consistency.
- Strong foundation in editing, storytelling, pacing, music selection, and color grading.
- Experience editing high-quality videos for social media and branding purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects independently and stay organized.
- Experience working with clients and handling feedback and revisions professionally.
- Comfortable using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience with Frame.io and Notion is required; similar project-management and review tools are also valuable.
- Proficiency with Slack and WhatsApp for communication.
- Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a reliable work approach.
- Experience with Scandinavian or luxury-brand styles is a plus.
- Prior remote-work experience is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work environment.
- Ability to meet the agreed availability window, communication expectations, and assignment-specific service standards.

Employment Type
This is an independent contractor engagement. We are looking for an individual contractor, not an agency.

Compensation
Salary Range: $1,200 - $1,600 per month
